Let’s explore the beautiful region between Lucca and Florence, in the heart of Tuscany.

Our guide knows the area like the back of his hand and will lead us in adventures off the beaten path.

We will practice yoga twice a day, go on culinary and wine tasting explorations, and visit many historical sites and ancient villages.

The villa that hosts the retreat is beautiful and it features sunny gardens and a swimming pool. It is located in a strategic spot in the country and it is close to all the places we will visit.

A native Italian and resident of California, Maria is a senior TRE® and Neurogenic Yoga™ Certification Trainer and Provider. She has a background in Yoga, Chinese Martial Arts and Esalen Massage.  Since 2004, Maria has facilitated TRE for thousands of people in the US, Europe, Canada, Asia and the Middle East. She assisted Dr. David Berceli, TRE’s founder, in dozens of trainings in the US, South Africa and Brazil; she co-taught with him in Japan and she led hundreds of public workshops and over 130 certification trainings worldwide.  At the beginning if the COVID pandemic Maria was part of an international pilot project to take the TRE Certification Program online and she facilitated online trainings and workshops ever since.
