“Neurogenic Yoga Teacher/TRE provider training with Jennica was one of the most enriching experiences for self-development that I have ever had. Through a blend of learning scientific concepts and self-exploratory practice, the training helped me develop both as a teacher and a student. The invaluable lessons I learned about holding space, reading others' state of self-regulation, and guiding group energy added a special layer of depth to my yoga instruction.
